The Capital 15 on Orange offers a state-of-the-art Gym situated on the UG (Upper Ground) floor.

2. The Grotto Spa

The Grotto Spa, is Cape Town's only underground Spa located right here on the upper ground level. Open daily, until late.

3. Swimming Pool

The pool and deck area are for the use of hotel guests and residents. It is located on the lobby level.

Kindly keep noise levels to a minimum out of consideration for fellow residents. Avoid using room towels for the pool; request pool towels from reception. Unreturned pool towels within 24 hours may incur a charge. Parents must accompany minor children to the pool area as there is no lifeguard on duty.

4. Events and Conferencing

For inquiries about hosting private gala dinners, events, and conferences, please contact reception.

5. Bar Offerings

We have two bars on the lobby level. Take in the view at the O Bar or for more vibe, take a seat at The Emerald Bar located next to the lobby lounge and restaurant. Open ‘til late daily.

For something different, visit The Grotto Spa Bar, located right here on the upper ground level. Open daily, until late. Hotel guests may use this bar without booking a spa treatment.
