Smoking Policy.

SEVEN Villa Hotel & Spa is a non-smoking hotel with designated outdoor smoking areas within the public areas. (Cigarettes, e-cigarettes, vapes)

We advise guests who smoke to please do so on their balconies and make use of the ashtray provided. (Cigarettes, e-cigarettes, vapes, hookah pipes)

Should guests be found smoking within their rooms, a fine will be issued and in some cases, guests may be asked to leave the premises.

POISON IVY

Only cigars may be enjoyed within the lounge, cigarettes need to be enjoyed in the designated outdoor smoking area.

SEVEN Villa Hotel & Spa is not responsible for the loss, damage or theft of cash, jewellery or any other valuables left unattended in your room.

A safety deposit box is available in your wardrobe for the safekeeping of your valuables. Once you have placed the items inside the safety deposit box, close the door and enter a four-digit pin followed by the “#” key, this will lock the door. Use the same 4-digit pin to unlock the door.

The hotel’s liability regarding items locked in the safety deposit box is limited to the rate of a one-night stay.
