1. Tea & Coffee Facility

Enjoy added convenience with a kettle provided in your room, complete with a welcome pack of supplies.



2. Electrical Voltage

This hotel's charging points adhere to the South African standard voltage of 220V.



3. Extra Services

For additional housekeeping services or supplies, please contact housekeeping between 08h00 and 22h00. Dial 9 ad the team will assist you with your request.



4. Laundry and Dry Cleaning Services

Complimentary laundry service is available for apartment occupants on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Please inform the housekeeper of any special laundry requirements.


For all other rooms guests can find a laundry bag and slip in the closet, where you can place your laundry, fill and sign the laundry slip and leave it in the room for housekeeping. Additional charges may apply.

5. Lost Property

Lost items are stored with Housekeeping for safekeeping.


6. Do Not Disturb

To maintain privacy, use the "Still Relaxing" sign on your door, and your room won't be serviced during this time. If you wish to avoid incoming calls, notify Reception.


For safety, if the sign stays up for over 24 hours, our Duty Manager will call to check-in. If unreachable, they may enter the room with a witness for your safety and security.

7. Pets

Please note that pets, except for guide dogs, are not allowed on the premises in compliance with local health regulations.



8. Room Cleaning

Rooms are serviced every day of the week. If you don't need any service, please hang the "Still Relaxing" sign on your door.



9. Water

The tap water is safe for consumption. Additionally, you will receive two complimentary bottles of still water daily.

11. Room Keys

Each guest is assigned one key card. If you misplace it or need additional keys, please contact Reception for assistance.


12. Maintenance

For room or facility upkeep, please dial 5 for reception and ask to be transferred to the maintenance team. 

13. Temperature Control

All our rooms are equipped with air-conditioning.


To use it, simply switch on the power button, choose the desired temperature by adjusting the turn dials, and select the preferred mode (heat/cool/fan).


Remember to turn off the air-conditioning when not needed or when leaving
