1. Guest (Wi-Fi) Internet Access

Follow the steps below to access our free WIFI service:


  1. Scan for available WIFI networks
  2. Select – “THE CAPITAL – CONNECT” and use the password: connectme (not case sensitive) to log on to our free high-speed uncapped Wi-Fi.



2. Baby Sitting Service

Please provide 24 hours notice for any arrangements. Kindly coordinate with the Reception as required. Additional costs may apply.


3. Doctor / Dentist

If you need a doctor or dentist, please contact the reception desk, and they'll happily assist you.

5. Local Attractions

National Botanical Gardens

One of the nine National Botanical Gardens in South Africa is located just outside Mbombela at the confluence of the Crocodile River and Nels River, which are separated by an extensive promontory.


Sudwala Caves

Dating back an estimated 3,000 million years and regarded as the oldest cave system in the world, the Sudwala Caves are a must-see.


Chimp Eden

Established in 2006 it is the first and only chimpanzee sanctuary in South Africa.
